Job summary

Pinnacle99 Inc. is seeking a Level 1 End-User Computing Technician to deliver first-line IT support and device management, with a focus on Microsoft Intune and Entra ID. You will assist with provisioning, access control, and basic troubleshooting for users across the organization.

The role is onsite in Deerfield, IL, 40 hours per week, with a rotating shift schedule from 7 AM to 7 PM. The position is a month-to-month contract expected to last about 8 months, with an initial 2 weeks onsite before

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support or desktop technician role.
• Familiarity with Intune for device management and deployment.
• Basic troubleshooting of Windows/macOS issues in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with AV/conference room setup and network basics.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Office 365; strong user communication.
• Ability to document incidents and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 desktop/endpoint support for devices and peripherals.
• Set up and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Manage user identities and access via Microsoft Entra ID.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain hardware lifecycle records and update ticketing system (ServiceNow).
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 per procedures.
• Support on-site, remote, and walk-up users as needed.
