ENTEK in Terre Haute, Indiana is seeking a Client Engineer to deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows, iOS, and Android. You’ll diagnose and resolve issues onsite and remotely to ensure secure and reliable IT systems.

Preferred candidates have experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Microsoft 365, plus strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows, iOS, and Android.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues onsite and remotely.
Support Microsoft 365 environments and collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom).
Configure and manage user devices using Intune and SCCM.
Maintain IT asset records and lifecycle management of equipment.
Apply updates, patches, and security configurations to maintain secure environments.
Assist with user access and identity management activities.
Troubleshoot network-related issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP.
Participate in system upgrades, cloud migrations, and technology deployment projects.
