Job summary

Continental Tool Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist II to act as the primary onsite IT resource for the Cranberry Township facility and provide remote support to other company locations.

In this mid-level role you will resolve routine end-user issues, handle Tier 2 tasks across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows endpoints, and basic networking, while complex issues remain with IT leadership or vendors.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional IT or desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint troubleshooting and deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Ability to manage Intune and device enrollment.
• Excellent documentation and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment.
• Deploy, replace, and retire computers using standardized procedures.
• Manage Microsoft 365 apps, user accounts, and license assignments.
• Perform routine Entra ID administration and password management.
• Troubleshoot VPN, network connectivity, and device issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for deeper application faults.
