Job summary

PTR Global is seeking an Operations Analyst (Dispatcher) in Norfolk, VA to analyze customer calls and data to locate power outages and coordinate dispatch of first responders and crews. The role is onsite with a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.

The incumbent will use ARCOS for service restoration callouts and support internal and external clients with clear communications while handling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Prior dispatch experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented with teamwork.
• Experience with dispatch operations in utilities is a plus.
