Qualifications

• Ability to analyze large data subsets from multiple sources and create action plans.
• Strong customer service skills with hands-on ops analyst experience.
• Prior dispatch experience in 911 or utilities operations centers.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer calls and data to determine outage location and cause.
• Dispatch first response personnel and repair crews for outages and emergencies.
• Perform callouts in ARCOS for service restoration, emergencies, and planned overtime.
