Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks from start to finish, prioritizing and handling constantly changing priority levels.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Nice to have hands on dispatch/operations center experience.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes customer calls to determine location and cause of power outages.
• Efficiently dispatches first response personnel and repair crews.
• Performs callouts in ARCOS for service restoration and emergencies.
