• Coordinate and dispatch field personnel and response teams.
• Perform workforce callouts for service restoration and shift coverage.
• Monitor operational activities and ensure timely incident response.
• Develop and execute action plans based on data and operations needs.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities.
