Qualifications

• 2+ years in help desk or service desk roles.
• Strong phone communication and high-volume outbound calling experience.
• Excel proficiency with advanced formulas and data analysis.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required before start date.
• Availability for full assignment Oct 7, 2026 – Nov 10, 2026.
• Advanced Excel skills: XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, pivot tables, data validation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the help desk ticket queue and respond to requests from polling locations.
• Place outbound calls to polling locations, election judges, and staff to resolve issues and confirm status.
• Track, update, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain logs, trackers, and status reports in Excel.
• Reconcile and analyze election operations data, report findings to leadership.
• Build/update spreadsheets using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and filters.
• Support leadership with quick data pulls as priorities shift during the day.
