All Voting is Local PA seeks a Triage Desk team member to support state teams during the peak election cycle. The role runs Oct 13–Nov 13, 2026, with remote boiler room weeks and a Washington, D.C. in-person week from Nov 1–7. Responsibilities include identifying needs, routing requests, and connecting resources.

Travel and accommodations are provided for non-local candidates. This temporary position offers compensation per week based on remote or in-person boiler room duties.

Qualifications

• Participate in virtual boiler room operations between October 13–October 30 and November 8–November 13.
• Attend in-person boiler room in Washington, D.C., from Sunday 11/1 to Saturday 11/7.
• Travel and accommodations are covered by All Voting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify emerging needs by staying in regular communication with assigned states and awareness of issues.
• Identify what is happening, determine if action is needed, and who needs to know.
• Surface patterns across states and escalate issues as needed.
• Track issues and follow up with owners and deadlines.
