Job summary

Texas Democratic Party in Fort Worth, TX seeks a GOTV Data Associate to support Get Out the Vote efforts by providing day-to-day data and VAN/SQL assistance. You will troubleshoot user issues, run data tasks, and contribute to analytics projects in a fast-moving campaign environment.

The role requires strong attention to detail, service orientation, and the ability to work with the Data Team on various data and analytics tasks. This is a temporary, go‑live position through November 15, 2026.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; equivalent experience is valued.
• Familiarity with campaign operations and pacing of campaigns.
• Strong task and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate technical issues into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and respond to VAN support tickets promptly.
• Troubleshoot VAN issues and provide technical assistance.
• Perform data entry, reporting, and other VAN tasks accurately.
• Support geographies/districts and VAN administration tasks.
• Collaborate with the Data Team to resolve data and tech issues.
• Write, modify, and troubleshoot SQL queries as assigned.
• Create and update reports and dashboards in Google Data Studio.
• Use Google Sheets for GOTV reporting and analysis.
• Document recurring issues, processes, and solutions.
