Job summary

OnLogic, Inc. is hiring an Account Manager to join the Sales Team and drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

This full-time role focuses on inbound inquiries, retention, and expansion, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and building lasting client partnerships. The position requires onsite presence at our Cary, NC or South Burlington, VT offices, and candidates able to relocate or commute are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or B2B customer-facing roles (tech background a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field; or equivalent practical experience in a sales/support environment.
• Eager, proactive attitude toward learning hardware solutions and consultative selling principles.

Responsibilities

• Managing lead qualification, initial contact, and sales funnel progression to expand customer accounts.
• Handling inbound inquiries while focusing on retaining and growing existing accounts.
• Learning our product line to provide consultative guidance and help customers select hardware solutions.
• Managing day-to-day customer relationships across a broad portfolio of inbound prospects and growing accounts.
• Guiding sales cycles from quick orders to guided technical solution sales.
• Collaborating with customers on orders, pricing, and terms to achieve sales goals and account health.
• Learning new processes, hardware technologies, and industry trends.
• Working cross-functionally with internal teams to solve customer challenges and ensure smooth delivery.
