Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a results-driven Sales Team member to engage with a diverse customer base and qualify opportunities. This onsite role supports the company’s edge computing solutions from our US offices in Burlington, VT or Cary, NC.

The role emphasizes inbound/outbound communications, issue resolution, and cross-department collaboration to improve the customer journey and drive satisfaction. A bachelor's degree is a plus, and CRM software experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with CRM or sales software is a plus.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound engagements by phone and email.
• Resolve customer issues quickly as they arise.
• Collaborate across departments to improve OnLogic’s customer experience.
• Drive customer satisfaction by collecting feedback on their purchasing journey.
• Work with operations to maximize response efficiency to inbound inquiries.
• Pre-qualify and escalate promising leads quickly and accurately.
• Recommend OnLogic hardware and services based on technical requirements.
