Job summary

OnLogic seeks a Strategic Account Manager to serve as the executive partner for a select group of top customers. This role owns the long-term direction of each relationship, shaping multi-year programs and integrating OnLogic into customers’ edge infrastructure and operations.

The position requires on-site presence in Cary, NC, with 30–40% travel, and relocation or commuting is encouraged. You will build relationships with C-suite and engineering leaders, drive multi-year deployments, and expand

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client-facing roles.
• 5+ years in B2B technical sales (computer hardware).
• Experience negotiating enterprise agreements and leading multi-year programs.
• Superior communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Deep edge computing knowledge and ability navigating multinational orgs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite and engineering leaders to advise on edge strategy.
• Lead multi-year, multi-site programs from design to end-of-life for customers.
• Expand into new business units and regions to win share from competitors.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Executives to own the customer experience.
