Job summary

OnLogic is seeking a sales professional to be a critical entry point for our diverse customer base, guiding them from inquiry to engagement with our edge computing hardware.

You will handle inbound engagements, qualify leads, coordinate with operations, and advocate for online orders while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role is full-time and onsite at Cary, NC or South Burlington, VT.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive to join a rapidly growing business.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Creative and independent problem solving skills.
• Collaborative, team-based work style.
• Professional telephone presence with probing, persuasive skills.
• Proficiency with note taking software and administrative apps.
• Experience using CRM or sales software is a plus.
• Experience with computers or selling a highly technical product is a plus.
• Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Managing and responding to inbound engagements via phone and email.
• Resolving customer issues quickly as they arise.
• Communicating interdepartmentally to improve customer experience.
• Driving customer satisfaction by collecting feedback on the purchasing journey.
• Working with operations teams to maximize response efficiency.
• Managing and advocating for online orders needing special attention to ship.
• Pre-qualifying and escalating promising leads quickly and accurately.
• Recommending OnLogic hardware and services based on customer requirements.
