Staffmark Total Talent Solutions is seeking a Digital Product Merchandising Manager for a fully on-site role in Plano, TX. You will lead cross-LOB digital merchandising efforts across the website and Shop App, driving customer journeys and measurable growth.

The role requires 7+ years in eCommerce/digital product, strong analytics with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Tableau, and the ability to coordinate with global teams through definition, development, launch and optimization.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree required.
7+ years in eCommerce, digital merchandising, digital product or related fields.
Strong understanding of eCommerce customer journeys and growth levers.

Responsabilidades

Manage a portfolio of cross-LOB initiatives and experiences across website and Shop App.
Maintain knowledge of website and Shop App experiences, capabilities, promotions and customer journeys across LOBs.
Partner with Product, Design, Engineering and Global teams through definition, development, testing, launch and optimization.
Coordinate stakeholder requirements and ensure solutions address customer and business needs.
Establish success measures and monitor feature adoption, customer behavior and commercial performance.
