Staffmark Group is seeking a Digital Merchandising Project Manager in Plano, TX to lead ecommerce strategy and on-site experiences. The role focuses on storytelling, category merchandising, and optimizing product discovery while coordinating cross-functional teams to drive revenue and engagement.

The position requires 5+ years in digital product operations, strong CMS/PIM knowledge, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce digital product operations or digital experience management.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, PIM, product catalog management, search, taxonomy and digital merchandising platforms.
• Fluent in Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, UX, analytics and marketing teams.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Build compelling product storytelling and merchandising frameworks.
• Develop category merchandising strategies aligned to revenue, traffic, and customer goals.
• Own online experiences across Homepage, Category pages, PDPs, MLPs, Curated Promotional Experiences and beyond.
• Develop and oversee execution of digital merchandising strategies supporting key drive period moments.
• Lead campaign planning for major commercial events.
• Align loyalty and membership programs across lines of business.
• Coordinate initiatives (coupon, promo code experiences, trade in campaigns, gift with purchase programs, financing, etc.).
• Design and optimize product discovery tools, such as search, filters, and guided selling experiences.
• Continuously refine recommendation algorithms and sort order logic based on customer behavior.
• Enhance category pages and product groupings to improve discoverability and conversion rates.
• Execute On site search, SEO and personalization best practices
• Monitor and report on KPIs
• Translate data into optimization strategies and business opportunities.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and customer shopping behaviors.
• Drive alignment on project priorities, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Lead recurring cross-functional meetings, QA reviews and launch readiness reviews.
• Proactively identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery of launches.
• Partner with marketing, product, UX, and analytics teams to align merchandising initiatives with broader business goals.
• Lead cross-functional projects to implement new merchandising features and enhancements.
