Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, operations or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce digital product operations or digital experience management.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, UX, analytics and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Digital Merchandising & Site Experience: Own day-to-day digital merchandising strategy and execution across key product categories, ensuring products, offers, and experiences are positioned to maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Develop and manage product placement, merchandising, featured products, promotional experiences across homepage, category, product finder page and buy pages.
• Partner with Category Management, Marketing, and Product Ops to align merchandising priorities with commercial objectives and category strategies.
• Promotional & Offer Management: Lead execution of promotional updates, ensuring offers, pricing, messaging and placements are reflected across digital channels.
• Campaign & Key Drive Execution: Lead digital merchandising execution for key campaigns; coordinate content, pitches, and placements for cohesive CEJ.
• Customer Segmentation & Personalized Merchandising: Leverage insights to develop micro-segmented strategies and optimize engagement and conversion.
