Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce digital product operations or digital experience management.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, UX, analytics, and marketing teams.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, PIM, product catalog management, search, taxonomy, and digital merchandising platforms.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own digital merchandising strategy across online experiences (homepage, category pages, PDPs, MLPs, and promotional experiences).
• Lead promotional and campaign management for major commerce events and coupon/gift-with-purchase initiatives.
• Design and optimize customer journey with search, filters, and guided selling features and refine recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs and translate data into optimization strategies for revenue and engagement.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and deliver scalable merchandising playbooks and best practices for execution.
