Job summary

Staffmark Group in Plano, TX seeks a Digital Product Merchandising Manager to lead cross-LOB initiatives across website and Shop App. This on-site role requires owning requirements, coordinating with Product, Design, Engineering, and Global teams, and translating global direction into local experiences.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ecommerce or digital product, strong analytics, and proven ability to drive growth through merchandising, experiments and customer journey optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and growth levers.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from requirements through launch.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of cross-LOB initiatives across website and Shop App.
• Maintain knowledge of website experiences, promotions and customer journeys.
• Identify cross-site dependencies, risks, friction and growth opportunities.
• Partner with category teams to keep merchandising cohesive across ecosystems.
• Support prioritization based on customer impact, value and feasibility.
• Analyze the end-to-end customer journey to improve discovery, conversion and engagement.
• Develop cross-category merchandising, cross-sell, upsell, bundles and ecosystem recommendations.
• Work with Product and Design to identify gaps and develop actionable recommendations.
• Hypothesize and support experimentation based on customer behavior and performance.
• Ensure campaigns are integrated across touchpoints and coordinate with Global teams.
