Compucom Staffing is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Technician to join our client onsite in Woburn, MA. The role focuses on end-user support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, with strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 experience.

Responsibilities include imaging and deploying devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing VIP support when needed. Familiarity with ServiceNow and network basics is required; on-site availability is essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years of desktop/ deskside or end-user support experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing platforms.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite deskside support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, and peripheral device issues.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 and business productivity application support.
• Assist end users with account access, device setup, and daily technical needs.
• Provide VIP and executive-level technical support as required.
• Image, configure, deploy, and replace devices; perform upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Support site technology including printers, scanners, and AV equipment.
• Coordinate with remote teams during maintenance and projects.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow with SLAs.
