You will manage Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and ITSM ticketing (ServiceNow), assist with device imaging and deployment, and support site infrastructure tasks while delivering VIP support as needed and maintaining strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user desktop support experience.
• Strong Windows 10/11 knowledge and MS Office/365 support.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing (ServiceNow).
• Basic TCP/IP networking and device troubleshooting.
• Experience with printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, apps, and peripherals; deliver Office 365 support.
• Assist with user accounts, device setup, and day-to-day IT needs.
• Provide VIP support as required.
• Image, configure, deploy, and refresh devices; manage asset inventory.
• Support site infrastructure, printers, lab systems, and AV equipment.
• Manage incidents and service requests with ticketing systems; meet SLAs.
