Job summary

CompuCom is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to join our client’s team on-site in Bloomfield, CT for a 7-week contract. The role requires IMAC support, system imaging, and end-user troubleshooting across Windows environments.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years desktop support experience, relevant certifications (A+, MCP, MSCE or equivalent), and strong communication skills. On-site availability is required for this short-term engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5+ years of desk side support service experience.
• Strong communication skills and problem solving.
• Experience with Windows and MS Office applications.
• Onsite support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide IMAC, break-fix, and end user support services.
• Stage, build, and image systems with standard client image.
• Complete special projects and provide training to junior staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents and follow asset procedures.
• Perform monthly cycle counts and adhere to policies.
