Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate IT support experience.
• Proficient in Windows 11, Office 365 administration, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Zoom and Teams; strong hardware troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-users and office technologies.
• Manage and support hardware for remote office environments.
• Deploy and retrieve home office hardware for remote users.
• Deliver deskside and MFP printer support.
• Resolve IT support tickets within SLAs and maintain inventory.
• Develop and implement IT processes and support remote offices.
