Job summary

CompucomStaffing, a division of CompuCom Systems, Inc., is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to join the client's team onsite in Saint Louis, MO. You will provide IMAC, break-fix, and end-user support while staging, imaging, and configuring systems with the standard client image.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of desk-side experience, strong Windows and Mac support knowledge, and solid communication and troubleshooting skills; certifications like A+, MCP, or MCSE are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5+ years of desk side support service experience.
A+, MCP, MSCE or equivalent certification desired.
Strong knowledge of Mac device support is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of MS Windows operating systems.
Strong communication skills, analytic/troubleshooting and customer support.

Responsibilities

Provide install, move, add, change (IMAC), break-fix, and end user support activities as required
Stage, build, and image systems with standard client image
Complete special projects as requested
Provide technical training to more junior employees
Troubleshoot End User hardware and software incidents
Follow Asset Management policy and procedures
Complete monthly Cycle Counts
