Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Associates degree, or two year-degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and end-user support for desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows/MacOS), peripherals, and approved software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex desktop issues and document in the ticketing system.
• Perform scheduled/unscheduled installations, hardware and software upgrades, and repairs of endpoint equipment.
