Job summary

Municipal Credit Union is seeking a Desktop Technician to support and maintain our end-user technology environment. You will provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, and peripherals while ensuring security and productivity.

Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues and support technology initiatives. Role requires 4+ years in IT support, proficiency with Windows 10/11, basic macOS/iOS, and experience with VDI environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows 10/11; basic macOS/iOS experience.
• Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge (DNS/DHCP).
• Experience with VDI environments (Citrix/VMware/AZD).
• PowerShell scripting ability; run and troubleshoot scripts.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user desktop and device support (desktops, laptops, peripherals, mobile).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and printing issues.
• Support end-users in Citrix, VMware Horizon, or AVD environments.
