Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• 5+ years supporting operating systems, applications, desktops, and laptops in LAN/WAN environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve unique OS/hardware issues and prioritize problems.
• Take ownership of complex issues and investigate root cause for long-term fixes.
• Create and maintain gold build images for desktop, laptop, and thin clients.
• Manage image/patch deployment using enterprise desktop management systems.
• Design, test, and implement MDM policies and configurations.
• Configure and support workstations, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment.
• Mentor desktop support staff and document procedures and best practices.
