Job summary

UW Credit Union is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Analyst to join our Technical Support team. The role focuses on end-user hardware and software support, incident management, and proactive problem resolution across UWCU locations.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of infrastructure technology experience, an associates degree in IT or equivalent, and may hold CCENT or related Microsoft certifications. Strong customer service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years of infrastructure technology and technical support experience.
• CCENT or MCITP/Microsoft certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide endpoint software and hardware support across desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals at UWCU locations.
• Act as primary assignee to IT incidents, identify root causes, and improve service reliability.
• Manage device configuration using Microsoft tools (Intune, Entra, AD) and prepare software deployments.
