Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide entry-level technical support across the organization, focusing on onsite service delivery and resolution of issues. You will support Nusenda Campus and branch locations by troubleshooting desktop hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and approved software applications.

Key duties include documenting incidents in the ticketing system, performing installations and upgrades, and ensuring timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of desktop support or related experience.
• Associate degree or two-year degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and end-user support for desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows and Mac), peripherals and approved software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderately complex issues.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled installations, hardware/software upgrades, replacements, and repairs of endpoint equipment.
• Document incidents and service requests in the ticketing system within SLAs.
