A leading entertainment services company in Tampa is seeking a Level 1 Desktop Support Technician. This role involves onsite support for hardware, software, and network devices during events and in offices. Candidates should have 3-5 years of desktop support experience, proficiency with Microsoft Intune, and a Bachelor's degree or relevant IT certification. The position offers competitive pay at $25/hr - $30/hr and is a contract to hire role.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and ticketing systems.
- Hands-on experience with Office 365.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical assistance for Windows desktops and laptops.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Work on desktop imaging and patching processes.
- Administer Azure Active Directory and user account provisioning.
- Coordinate desktop support initiatives including hardware refreshes.
- Document and maintain procedures in the knowledge base.
Skills
Desktop support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Intune
Hands-on experience with Office 365
Advanced knowledge of Windows OS

Education
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
