Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a hands-on Desktop Support Technician for an all-onsite role in Tempe, AZ. You will address end-user needs, troubleshoot hardware/software, and support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and OneDrive across a fast-paced environment.

The position involves workstation setups, peripherals, and conference room tech, with ServiceNow ticketing and local travel between sites. Shifts may include day, evening, overnight, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and remote support tools such as Bomgar or RDP.
• Experience working within a ticketing platform, preferably ServiceNow.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, adapt quickly, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a larger support team.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove IT support to end users in person, remotely, and through various support channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
• Support Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments, Microsoft 365 applications, Teams, OneDrive, and related technologies.
• Assist users with workstation setups, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and conference room technology.
• Manage and update incidents, service requests, and tasks through ServiceNow.
• Partner closely with colleagues and business users to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
• Support technology deployments, workstation refreshes, migrations, and integration activities related to the merger and acquisition effort.
• Escalate complex technical issues when appropriate and serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the resolution process.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and enhance the overall user experience.
• Travel locally between sites as needed to provide onsite support.
