TEKsystems in Chandler, AZ is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide front-line support for end users across locations, handling Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, VMware, AWS, and network issues. You will work with local and global IT teams to resolve problems, support onboarding/offboarding, and maintain endpoint devices.

Ideal candidate has strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills, can balance ticket-driven work with projects, and maintain documentation.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows-based desktops and laptops.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and user support.
• Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• Experience with endpoint deployment and device management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, videoconferencing systems, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, OS, and network issues.
• Respond to, document, and resolve IT service tickets per SLAs.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative solutions.
• Create and maintain end-user documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and access management processes.
