Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the team onsite in Springdale, OH. You will provide end-user IT support, repair and configure PCs, printers, and related hardware, and assist with server and network tasks as needed.

The role requires hands-on experience with Office 365, Windows 10, imaging, and ticketing systems, plus strong customer-facing skills. W2 only, benefits available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of PC hardware and software support.
• Experience with enterprise technologies (Office 365, Win10, imaging) and ticketing systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, be on feet and walk during site visits.
• Strong customer-facing, executive white-glove style support.

Responsibilities

• Repair, test, image and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot software and peripherals; set up and configure hardware.
• Support server equipment and network infrastructure as needed.
• Provide in-person end-user support on client site in Springdale, OH.
• Follow procedures to report outages and assist with escalations.
