Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Desktop Services Technician to support corporate and remote locations in Orlando. The role covers PC builds, IMACs, and incident response, with on-site daytime hours and on-call rotation for emergencies.

You will work with Windows 10/11, macOS, Active Directory, and cloud/mobile management tools like Intune and Jamf to resolve issues and deploy updates. Aids may include projector setup and basic network troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 2+ years in Information Technology field preferred.
• Experience with desktop hardware and peripherals desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to corporate and remote locations.
• Perform IMAC activities to meet customer needs.
• Respond to queries in a timely manner per SLA.
• Assist with on-call rotation for emergencies.
• Support in-house Desktop Services team with basic tasks.
