Job summary

TEKsystems in Columbia, MD is seeking two Desktop Support Technicians for a 6-12 month contract, with potential to convert to full-time. The team supports caregivers, patients, and staff nationwide, handling Tier 1-3 desktop issues and remote assistance, while also providing hands-on support on-site at the corporate campus in Columbia.

Candidates should be comfortable imaging, deploying devices, and using AD/Entra ID, PowerShell, and Intune. This on-site role requires five days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Group Policy, PowerShell, Intune).
• Desktop support for laptops/tablets in a healthcare environment is ideal.
• Ability to work on-site at corporate campus in Columbia, MD.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 desktop support and remote assistance.
• Escalate complex tickets to higher level teams as needed.
• Deploy and replace devices; imaging and setup.
• Support Lenovo Tab K12 deployments for caregivers and staff.
