Responsibilities

Build, image, configure, deploy, and maintain Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues for users onsite or remotely.
Install, configure, update, and support Microsoft 365 apps and tools.
Assist with malware remediation, patch management, and endpoint protection.
Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Coordinate with senior techs to resolve advanced issues.
Maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
Support SOPs and IT initiatives across the team.
