• Install, configure, update, and support Microsoft 365 apps and tools.
• Assist with malware remediation, patch management, and endpoint protection.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate with senior techs to resolve advanced issues.
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
• Support SOPs and IT initiatives across the team.
