Job summary

TEK Systems seeks two Desktop Support Technicians to join a 6-12 month contract with potential to go full-time. The team supports 1-3 tier issues, handles escalations from the service desk, and provides remote and on-site assistance from a Columbia, MD campus.

Candidates should have experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, and a Microsoft-centric environment featuring Lenovo laptops and Chromebooks. On-site role with a 5-day workweek is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Group Policy, PowerShell, Intune).
• On-site support at Corporate campus in Columbia, MD.
• Experience in a predominantly Microsoft environment with Lenovo laptops and Chromebooks.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 desktop support and remote assistance.
• On-site support at Columbia, MD Corporate campus.
• Imaging, deployment and hands-on hardware troubleshooting.
