Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Technician for a contract to hire position based out of Charlotte, NC, in a fast-paced environment. The role includes supporting hardware deployments, conducting password resets, and troubleshooting networking issues across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Desktop Support experience, including reimaging and supporting various hardware types. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Desktop Support experience.
• Experience with deployments, reimaging, and hardware & network troubleshooting.
• Hardware support for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Support deployments of hardware.
• Conduct password resets and hardware break/fix.
• Interface with other teams and conduct networking troubleshooting.
• Reimage computers and provide support for multiple locations.
