TEKsystems is looking for a Desktop Technician for one of our top clients in the Austin, TX area in a fast paced environment. They offer stability, growth, updated technology and more.

The technician will support deployments of hardware, perform password resets, break/fix on hardware, upgrade software, and set up workstations while interfacing with other teams. Reimaging experience is a must; you will work with Windows computers, printers, and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Desktop Support.
• Experience with Deployments & Reimaging hardware & network troubleshooting.
• Hardware support like laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, handheld scanners.
• Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory experience.

Responsibilities

• Support deployments of hardware, password resets, break/fix on hardware, upgrading software and workstation setups.
• Interface with other teams and provide application support; includes basic networking troubleshooting.
• Reimaging experience is required; work with Windows computers, printers, and other peripherals.
