Job summary

Maxim is seeking 2 Desktop Support Technicians for a 6-12 month contract with potential to become full-time. On-site at the corporate campus in Columbia, MD, you will support a small team handling Tier 1-3 desktop issues and device deployments across the organization.

You will work with imaging, Chromebooks and laptops, and provide remote support for caregivers, patients, and staff nationwide. Core tools include Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune and PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 2 Desktop Support Technicians for a 6- to 12-month contract with potential to go full-time
• Experience with Windows Microsoft shop and device deployments (Lenovo laptops, Chromebooks)
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID (Group Policy, PowerShell, Intune)

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 desktop support and remote support for users across the U.S.
• On-site support at the corporate campus in Columbia, MD.
• Imaging, deployment, and hands-on work with devices in the deployment room and work room
