Job summary

A global technology services firm is looking for a motivated Desktop Support Specialist to assist with IT troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in IT troubleshooting, knowledge of Active Directory, and must qualify for a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license. This full-time, onsite position offers a pay range of $24.00-$27.00/hr, with benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401k access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general PC and IT troubleshooting required.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software and supporting devices.
• Must qualify for a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day troubleshooting and support of hardware, software, and applications.
• Test new technologies prior to deployment.
• Troubleshoot software/hardware problems through debugging and testing.

Skills

IT troubleshooting expertise

Active Directory experience

Strong critical thinking skills

Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM
