Everforth Apex is seeking a customer-focused IT professional for a Desktop Support role in Ashland, KY. The position involves providing technical assistance to agency users, both remotely and on site, with travel between support locations as needed.

The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve desktop-related issues in a Windows environment, install and repair hardware/software, and deliver excellent end-user service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of desktop support experience in a Windows environment.
• Experience with desktop installation, deployment, troubleshooting, and hardware/software repair in Windows.
• Basic networking knowledge; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support to agency users both remotely and in person.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops and related hardware/software in a Windows-based environment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting.
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users.
• Travel within the service area as needed.
