About the Role

Cabinet Eastern Field Services is seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician with strong customer service skills in the Ashland area. Our technicians interact with agency users both remotely and in person, making excellent customer service abilities as important as technical expertise.

Qualified candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods. Candidates should have a minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience in desktop support, which includes installation, troubleshooting, and repair within a Windows-based environment. Additionally, basic network troubleshooting skills are required.
