You will provide hands-on technical assistance for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, troubleshoot issues, install updates, and respond to service desk requests across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, solid troubleshooting skills, ITIL familiarity, and the ability to travel between nearby facilities as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of end-user support in a corporate IT environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and service desk processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, email, telecommunications, and other IT services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Install software, updates, and configure system settings.
• Respond to service desk tickets, phone calls, and walk-in support requests.
• Provide hands-on deskside support and travel to nearby facilities as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for laptops, equipment, accessories, and IT assets.
• Identify and implement solutions to recurring technical issues.
• Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Perform additional service desk and IT support duties as assigned.
