CSI Companies seeks an experienced IT Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on, onsite support in a healthcare setting for a 6–8 week contract starting ASAP. You will troubleshoot PCs, printers, peripherals, and connectivity while assisting clinical and admin users and minimizing downtime.

You must work onsite in San Luis Obispo, travel between health system facilities as needed, and handle incidents via ServiceNow or Jira.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop support, IT help desk, or end-user technical support experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10/11.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365.
• Experience working with Active Directory.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and printers.
• Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, or a similar ticketing system.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to work onsite daily in San Luis Obispo, CA.
• Ability to travel between health system facilities as needed.
• Comfortable committing to a 6–8 week contract with potential extension.

Responsabilités

• Provide onsite desktop and end-user technical support.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware and software issues.

• Perform Active Directory-related support and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose desktop, laptop, printer, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
• Track and resolve incidents through ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar systems.
• Support clinical and administrative users while minimizing disruptions to daily operations.
• Prioritize technical issues based on urgency and operational impact.
• Work independently and communicate effectively with end users.
• Travel between health system facilities as needed.
