Job summary

GN Resources Inc. is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist (Expert Level) for a 12-month contract to be based on site in Raleigh, NC.

The role requires 7+ years in hands-on desktop support, imaging, deployments, and strong ServiceNow ticketing experience. You will provide advanced desktop, hardware, software, and networking support, manage incidents and requests in ServiceNow, assist with AD, Citrix, email, printers, and user data migrations while ensuring security policies and

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on desktop support experience.
Experience with desktop imaging, hardware/software installations, and deployments.
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing is required.
Ability to work onsite and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced desktop, hardware, software, mobile device, and peripheral support.
Install, configure, image, and deploy computers and software.
Install and troubleshoot local/network printers and scanners.
Migrate and protect user data and profiles during computer replacements.
Manage incidents, service requests, and technical issues using ServiceNow.
Support Active Directory, email, Citrix, and user account administration.
Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and network teams.
Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
Follow IT security policies and provide customer service.
Assist with technical projects and mentor team members.
