Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with desktop hardware and software, peripherals, and networking basics.
• Experience imaging and deploying new machines with the correct software load.
• Proficient with local and network printers and related peripherals.
• Proven ability to migrate user data and profiles during device replacement or refresh.
• Ability to document procedures, processes, and IT support workflows clearly.
• Knowledgeable with ServiceNow ticketing and incident management system.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate IT tickets to prioritize incidents based on impact and urgency.
• Mentor teammates to improve client satisfaction and service quality.
• Own customer problems and resolve incidents with urgency and accountability.
• Communicate ticket progress and resolutions to customers.
• Provide updates to teammates in Service Desk using the tracking system.
• Leverage technical knowledge to resolve complex hardware and software issues.
