Job summary

Qualifications
- Proven experience with Windows 10/11 in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of LTSC Channels and KIOSK is desirable.
- Familiar with SCCM, Active Directory and ITSM tools.
- Networking basics: LAN/WAN, DNS, VPN, Wi‑Fi.
- Experience with Exchange, Outlook and collaboration tools.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK Driving License; SC Clearance or eligible.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of incident and request tasks.
- Provide 2nd line resolution for incidents to SLA.
- Maintain <2% incident per month target.
- Complete assigned work within timeframes.
- Support Project Managers on project tasks.
- Handle Non-Standard Requests within agreed timescales.
- Coordinate with Level 3 teams for major issues.
- Troubleshoot laptop/desktop hardware, networks, printers, etc.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
