Job summary

Centraprise, Corp. is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support across multiple corporate office locations. You will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals and ensure timely resolution of incidents per SLAs.

The role requires hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory basics, and ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management. You must be onsite at the assigned office location and support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of desktop support or deskside experience.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows desktops and common hardware/software.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with printers, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Basic Active Directory/user account administration and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Onsite work at assigned office location and ability to manage multiple incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, docking stations, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows desktops/laptops and approved apps.
• Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise tools.
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and basic AD/Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Assist with device imaging, software deployment, and new-hire workstation setup.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow or equivalent tools.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and maintain asset inventory.
