Job summary

Centraprise, Corp. is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support across our office locations. You will troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, operating systems, peripherals, and basic network connectivity to keep end users productive.

The candidate will resolve technical issues, support end‑user computing environments, maintain IT equipment, and ensure timely resolution of service requests within SLAs. Onsite work at multiple city offices is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of desktop support or deskside experience.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows desktops and approved business apps.
• Support Office 365 applications, Outlook, Teams and other productivity tools.
• Assist with user account setup, password resets and basic AD/Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and other network connectivity issues.
• Image devices, deploy software, refresh equipment, and set up new user workstations.
• Log and resolve incidents using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Maintain asset inventory and support documentation.
• Provide professional, customer‑focused support while meeting SLAs.
